Delphine Hepp - Office Manager

Delphine is the office manager for Waldman Schantz Plastic Surgery Center. Having been with Waldman Schantz Plastic Surgery Center for 6 years, she also serves as the Patient Coordinator. Delphine attended Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School and attended University of Kentucky.

Paula Austin - Medical Assistant

Paula is a native Kentuckian. She holds a CMA from Morehead State College. She has been with Waldman Schantz Plastic Surgery Center for 8 years.

Brandi Carroll - LPN

Brandi is a Certified Licensed Practical Nurse with over 5 years of experience. Brandi attended the Rowan Technical College in Morehead, KY and is currently seeking her RN degree. As a respected and valuable member of Dr. Schantz and Dr. Waldman's Practice, Brandi is committed to excellence in patient education.

Katie Lynch - Front Office Assistant

Katie has been with our practice for 2 years. Katie is from Louisville. She attended the University of Kentucky.

Cyndi Mote - Operating Room RN

Cyndi is from West Virginia. She has a BSN from Alderson-Broaddus College, RN experience in Telemetry, Urology, Post-Op and Transitional Care, and has been with Waldman Schantz Plastic Surgery Center since 2009.

Lisa Baker - OR Tech

Lisa is from Winchester Kentucky. She has 8 years experience as a surgical technology Veteran in the U.S. Air Force. She has been with Waldman Schantz Plastic Sugery Center since 2009.

Marianne Waldman - Director of SkinCare

Marianne Waldman, RN is a graduate of Indiana University School of Nursing. She began her nursing career in Louisville , KY and she has been employed by the prestigious Cleveland Clinic and the Oschner Clinic in New Orleans , Louisiana . After several years directing the OR and Recovery Room for Waldman Schantz Plastic Surgery Center , she founded the Lexington Skin Care Division at the center. She served on the advisory board for Rejuvena Skin Care and received specialty certification from Physicians Choice of Arizona and Palomar Medical Technologies.

Michelle Bullard - Part Time Esthetician

With 5 years experience as an Esthetician Michelle focuses on the individual needs of our clients & customizes each service to your exact needs. A varied educational background, coupled with an outgoing & warm personality, helps Michelle ensure the highest levels of service to our Patient. Her specialties include eyebrow shaping & relaxing facial treatments that allow her to interact with you to create the look you desire. She has been with Waldman Plastic Surgery Center Since 2009.
